I know in today’s world there are so many people that quickly send complaints when something does not go their way. I wanted to take time to write to you to express my appreciation for the quality of service I received from your staff.

This was the second time I had to use your company for repairs to cars in my family and each time I received an excellent level of service related to the repair of my cars.

I feel your staff has a wonderful talent when it comes to people skills, and caring for the customer. I was always treated with the utmost level of courtesy and professionalism not only with the repair of my cars but also with the communications to me regarding the status of the completion. I never had to call your company because they always called me first.

In addition to the customer service, the quality of your work is wonderful as well. When I looked at the before and after pictures, I could not tell where the damage was before you fixed everything. The car looked excellent.

When my car was finished, you made sure I had a copy of the detailed repair bill along with an explanation of what was done. Even with the confusion with the insurance company, you issued a high level of trust with me related to the payments due which I made sure was completed and updated within a week. You could have held my car but I do not know if it was your intuition or just your normal business practices, but you released my car to me which allowed me to return the rental vehicle and save some money on my side as well.

I want you to know that you can feel free to use me as a reference to any potential customer or insurance company that is looking to have you as part of their network.
